SHIPPING & RETURNS
We currently are shipping within Canada based on applicable laws. We are not shipping to any locations outside of Canada at this time. If you have questions concerning whether your location is currently served, please send us an e-mail at hello@resolveCBD.ca with your location and the products in which you are interested.
Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. We ship on Mondays or Thursdays of every week (excluding statutory holidays). The following forms of payment are currently accepted by resolveCBD: Visa and Mastercard.
Orders processed during special events (sales, promotions, holiday periods) generally result in much larger fulfillment volumes and orders may take longer than usual to process. (2-4 business days of receipt).
Free shipping (Canada Post Regular Parcel) is offered on all orders of $75 or more before any applicable taxes. Canada Post Xpresspost is available at a rate of $12 plus applicable taxes. All shipping is provided by Canada Post. We cannot be held responsible for any Canada Post shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note we do not offer full refunds or exchanges for online purchases. If you receive a product that is damaged, please let us know within 5 days and a case will be opened for investigation. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team and a credit or replacement product will be provided where appropriate. Replacement products will only be sent in the case of defective items. resolveCBD reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation to be issued (credit or replacement) on a case-by-case basis.
